Our Avonhead high performance home is progressing to the pre-pipe and pre-wire stage.
As we are aiming for an airtight structure we have MHRV by STIEBEL ELTRON
Despite the duct diameter being only 75mm there are alot of them and combined they take up slot of space near the MHRV unit.
We have designed a plant room for this and other items like switch board, comms and hot water cylinder.
We have also dropped the ceiling to some areas to allow ducts to run where they need too.
To be honest we only just had enough space so in the future will allow for a larger plant room and more space out of the plant room into the dropped ceiling.
