My high-performance SIP PREFAB bach at Castle Hill was designed for just the sort of weather we are experiencing today. Very cold and snowing hard outside but cosy warm inside.
Yesterday the sun was out and I had a lovely couple wander up to have a chat as I was cutting ply outside. They were really taken by the veranda and outdoor space between the living and bedroom wings. They are keen to build and asked for a card. I invited them in and gave them a tour. They seemed really keen on working with me and shared my passion for architecture. There were lots of aspects they loved. Polished concrete floors throughout, exposed OSB SIP, high ceilings, hessian and ply-covered walls.
